- Support teachers and students through regular meetings.

- Ensure the school campus is kept clean.
- Teach students about cleanliness.
- Instruct teachers to ensure classroom cleanliness daily.
- Ensure teachers do not loiter near the Principal’s office after assembly.
- Ensure all teachers use their time effectively.
- Arrive at school by 7:00 AM to attend duties.
- Ensure discipline and correct behaviour of students between 7:00 AM and assembly.
- Ensure all staff arrive on time daily.
- Ensure staff wear proper dress; explanation letters required if not followed.
- Ensure all students wear the correct school uniform.
School Business Manager’s Responsibilities
- Manage non-teaching activities and oversee school business operations efficiently.
- Handle financial reporting and optimal use of resources.
- Set budgets and negotiate contracts with suppliers.
- Assist the Principal in achieving educational goals.
- Manage financial resources effectively.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Ensure school safety and manage watchman and janitor duties.
- Maintain school buildings and oversee new projects.
- Liaise with contractors and ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain school vehicles and ensure they are safe for student transport.
- Address vehicle-related complaints.
- Ensure drivers follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Maintain machinery and appliances in proper working condition.
- Procure school essentials such as food, stationery, diesel, and petrol.
